ZAZP ZAZN electric straight single, two-seat regulator type industrial process measurement and control system of the terminal control device, composed of straight travel electric actuator and direct order, two-seat regulator, it can change automatically 


according to the system control signal in the valve closure, the valve core position, change the circulation between valve core and valve seat area, namely change the valve resistance coefficient, so as to realize the medium flow rate, pressure and liquid level such as the adjustment of process parameters.


Electric single seat regulating valve

I. Using

Electric single and double seat regulating valve is a combination of regulating valve body and straight stroke electric actuator. It is powered by single-phase 220V and 50Hz power supply.Unified standard signal (4 ~ 20 ma (Ⅲ type) or 0 ~ 10 ma (Ⅱ type), and according to the size of the signal automatic control valve opening, so as to achieve the process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, flow regulation, widely used in electricity, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry and boiler feed water, etc.

1. The feedback signal: Ⅲ type 4 ~ 20 ma DC;Ⅱ type 0 ~ 10 ma DC;

2. Power supply voltage: single-phase voltage 220V, frequency 50Hz;

3. Environmental humidity: servo amplifier 10~ 70% control valve 85%

4. Using the environment temperature: 0 ~ 50 ℃ servo amplifier

Regulator - 10 ~ 70 ℃ (25 ~ 90 ℃)

5. Applicable medium temperature of electric regulating valve:

Ordinary cast iron PN1.6 MPa - 20 ~ + 200 ℃

Ordinary cast steel PN4.0;6.4 MPa - 40 ~ + 250 ℃

Belt type radiator - 40 ~ + 450 ℃

Cast stainless steel - 60 ~ + 450 ℃
